5) Financial Transaction

Company works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to keep your payment information secure.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the product you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (14) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payments.

6) Refund Agreement

You have the freedom to cancel your Company membership at any time, with or without cause. However, if you cancel before the current subscription period ends, we won't refund any fees already paid. Exceptions to this policy may apply in certain circumstances. To terminate your recurring subscription, adjust your payment settings within your Company account profile. Upon cancellation, access to all enrolled products will cease at the end of the billing cycle. Should you decide to rejoin as a paying member, your billing cycle will reset accordingly. If your subscription is managed by a third party, cancellation may need to be processed through them.

  • The company is not liable for losses or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.
